The Eau Claire American Legion baseball team dropped its opening game in the Class AAA state tournament, falling 6-5 to Beloit. At the WIAA state summer baseball tournament, West Salem suffered just it’s second loss all season, losing to Milwaukee Marquette 10-0 in five innings.
