The Milwaukee Brewers claimed third baseman Casey McGehee off waivers Wednesday from the Chicago Cubs. McGehee, 26, spent most of last season at Triple-A Iowa. McGehee batted .296 with 12 homers and 92 RBIs in 133 games. In a September call up, McGehee hit .167 and drove in five runs in his first nine major league games.
